 About Regina
    Regina Farmer began her career in real estate in 1999 with Coldwell Banker, where she received most of her general brokerage training.  Following Coldwell, Regina worked for three large Charlotte-metro area builders, where she was a "Top Producer" for each of them.  Her time with these builders afforded Regina many industry awards.  Regina was formerly affiliated with BSI, part of Allen Tate, where she received additional real estate training and again, was a "Top Producer".
    A University of Florida graduate and a Charlotte resident for over ten years, Regina founded SCCH Realty in 2005.  Regina, a Broker in Charge for both North and South Carolina, works with buyers and sellers, and is also a relocation expert.  Regina's husband, Chip Farmer, is the owner of SCCH Construction.  A licensed general contractor, Chip assists all SCCH Realty clients during transactions.
Each client has a specific vision of the perfect "next home" for their family.  Regina's attention to every nuance of these visions and her high-energy approach to finding and researching possible matches saves her clients time, cost and stress.  The result is many happy families in perfect homes throughout the Charlotte area.

About Arlene
 Arlene Dunn was a successful advertising executive for a major New York newspaper for over 25 years.  Her extensive sales experience made for a smooth transition into earning her real estate license in 2000, a life-long dream.  After success in real estate sales, she desired the diversity of being a realtor who worked with both buyers as well as with sellers.
After several years with a large real estate firm, Arlene wanted the more personal touch, creativity and flexibility a small company could offer, and joined Regina at SCCH Realty in 2009.
